WurkFlow will map your business process.
What does it mean to map your business process?

Let's start with business process, which is the collective of tasks, operations, workloads, goals and objectives that make up your job, or the function of your team.

At Wurkflow we like to start by defining exactly what your business process is, how it starts, progresses and completes. This way we map the lifecycle of your workload.
Once mapped, then we kick off the design and build.
Your solution is built to match your business process, not the other way around.

After 15 years in IT Project Management, IT administration, deployments, migrations, and business process analysis, it's become evident this is often done in reverse.

While each project and use case has unique requirements and constraints, best practices do exist and that is where we start.
Deployment and implementation.
This last milestone is the intersection where planning and execution show their true value.

Since the scope, requirements, use cases, users and test cases have all been documented, this is now a matter of following the "instructions" we created.

Proper due diligence has minimized the risks. No matter which type of project, new, cutover, or phased, just stick to the plan.
Project Consulting
Philosophically, going for 90% preparation with 10% execution is ideal. It is reliable method to deliver projects with the least amount of risk and surprises.

While it may appear things are moving slow, the reality is that good collaboration paired with proper documentation of use cases, requirements, and scope, will allow for continuous forward movement.

The right team and proper collaboration will lead to successful project implementation and support after deployment.
Migrations
The key to a successful migration is in the details. This means conducting a thorough audit and inventory is crucial to a smooth, seamless and transparent migration.
The GIGO adage, garbage-in-garbage-out, refers to recreating all your existing issues, gaps and problems on the other side, after the migration.

Avoiding GIGO is simple but not always easy. It takes time and focus to capture all requirements, map them to the new system, clean up, then flip the switch. Precision migration is the goal.
Administration
Most senior IT admins have seen environments that are neat and organized and also some areas that need attention.

Between a carousel of admins, legacy systems and integrations, or a lack of privilege controls and documentation, these situations will reach a point of security concerns or a growing break/fix nightmare.
